Russian Tea Cakes (Nut Butter Balls)


1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 t. salt
1 t. almond extract or 2 t. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped walnuts

Mix all ingredients together well. Roll into balls. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake cookies until light brown (about 15 minutes.) When slightly cooled, roll in powdered sugar.  Then promptly stuff your face :)
